On a positive note we are all feeling better today. Russell is back in school, Scott slept through the

night, Mommy slept through the night, baby Della is "a moving and a shaking",

and Dad is still chugging along at work.

A few nights back,

Scott woke up screaming bloody murder,

The boys had fun trying to decided what to be! When we went to grandma

Humbles they were cute matching Fire men. But I guess you can never be the same thing twice

So Halloween night we had new costume. Thanks to our totally awesome Grandma nelson

We have a large amount of costume to pick from.

Russell decided to where his 2 size to small punkin' outfit

(it was to small for Scott I am not sure how I got it Russell)

Scott was a having a hard time deciding and was everything; a dragon, a pumpkin, Tomas the train

Free Time

Every now and then,

I have some free time to blog!

But most of my time is spent playing with these 2 crazy boys!

and here is what we have been up to.

Russell loves his brother a little too much sometime

luckily for him Scott is supper mellow and

very rarely turns around and clobbers Russell

Scott has now started jumping out of my bed.

I am very afraid it might stunt his growth.

He also has six teeth but not in an normal older last week

one of his molars came in but he is still missing an eye tooth. Which is true to form for Scott

he is truly unpredictable.

Russell is doing great he loves riding bikes playing puzzles, sing song

and going to pre-school on the Bus. He just seems too big some times.

I took a cute picture of Russel in this monster towel

and I wanted to get one of Scott.

Then I could hang the pair in my bath room.

This is not what I wanted but still cute and still going in the bathroom.

Russell had picture day and I was afraid he would hate it so we practiced all morning.

Russell is pretty predictable like that.

The boys where playing

Peek-a-boo and Russell declared to Scott that he need his space.

Once again Russell is lucky that Scott his mellow.

and just so you know picture day was a flop for poor Russell. He really

hated it. I had to go down and help the teacher clam him down.

But it head up being a good thing for him in the ended he was so excited to show me

his school that he forgot to be sad.

all right I totally stole this idea from my good friend Kira!

She is always doing awesome things with her kids.

our house is always windy So I took the boys out to fly "kites" or grocery sacks

and Russell loved it even though the never got more than 3ft of the ground.

Scott however was always get tied up in them and got bored and went to play in the road

which is his Favorited thing to do.

Here is Scott sitting in time out for playing in the road. And as you

can see time out is not a bad thing in his book.

And just so you know even if your kite only flies 3 feet off the ground it still can get

stuck in a tree, or a sad look lilac bush.

Story time! Yeah!

Once upon a time there was this little girl who couldn't say her "R's" and she was a sad little girl who need alot of speech therapy. than one year passed and she could say her "R's" and she was very happy because she married a boy named Robert and had a son named Russell.

Um Yep, that was me! And Now I would pay alot of money if I could go back in time and use this little bad boy! Because "Words mean more than what is set down on paper. It takes the human voice to infuse them with deeper meaning."

So what is It? It is called a palatometer and it allows you to see what you need to change and it has great results. Like 20 sessions vs. 1 year. And who has this amazing product Visual Speech Thearpy. These guys are awesome, all of your therapy is done online from you own home. Talk about heaven!

I'll Fly Away...

My boys wish they could fly and who could really blame them, right!

Russell has started running down the slide and jumping when he hits the bottom.

(I probably should make him where the mickey helmet when he does)

And Scott truly believes he is Supper Man.

He is always perched on the arm of a chair or the edge of the table

ready to spring into action at a moments notice.

This summer has been great. I love how Scott is so happy and

determined to live life. He is into every thing

and is even happier if he

can manage to flush that thing down the toilet.

The day we took these pictures we lucked out and had a train go bye. Scott was scared at first but that didn't last long before

he was chasing it down the street and I was chasing after him.

Now we can't forget Russell. He too, loves life and all the adventures it offers.

One morning I walked in the kitchen to see him trying really hard to

We Had and Awesome time Fishing this weekend.

Scott loves to eat and that makes me so happy.

Doesn't he make such a cute little Pooh bear.

"You can't stay in your corner of the Forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes."

Scott is always trying to climb out side.

He tries to go out the door when it's open and window is his favorite place.

Well Russell doesn't have a bear he has a mouse.

Mouse, of course.

and I really didn't want to spend a lot of money

on something so simple.

Yep he did it again! Five stitches to the four head.

The poor kid had a tough week. Earlier in the week both boys
had a bad case of croup and ended up in the E.R.

Then that weekend we went back for Russell's stitches.

Sometimes he runs fast than his feet can carry him.

And this picture, will explain the first picture, better.

Russell loves matching things,

and double "A" batteries are most definitely a matching thing.

As for Scott....

Yep that's right he is wearing a

and no I don't feel bad for making him wear it.

We took a sledding trip! Rob was very patient with Russell and his love hate relationship with sledding.

We took a new family picture, and what a crazy ordeal it was.

Kristal thank you so much for helping us.

We also went and cut down a Christmas tree. It was supper fun.

The Boys loved decorating the tree and Rob was supper patient with

And Scott was a just a happy camper who loved playing on the floor.

I wanted to say more last post but ran out of time. Rob really wanted these pictures posted but I ran out of time. That is how it seems to go these day. I feel like a clown at the circus trying to juggle. But each day I get a little bit better at it.

The boys really did love the snow. Scott pretty much looked liked this the whole time. He loved sitting in the snow and watching Russell run around. Scott is also getting really chubby. It makes me happy.

Russell loved the snow and hated his mittens. I guess we will try real gloves. I felt bad making him come in. He loved playing in the snow so much.

Peek- a- boo is a game we play often at this house. Scott loves pulling things on and off his head.

He finds it fun, I find it scary.

Rob and I are constantly pulling blankets and stuffed cows off his head.

why you would want to sleep with a cow on your head beats me.

Russell has been doing awesome. He started Toddler class last week.

He hated it! He cried the whole way through. That made me thing we had a lot of work to do over the next week. That day we came home clean up all the toys and started having toddler class at home. It worked like a charm. This week he kicked butt at toddler class. The teacher was floored at the complete 180 he pulled. That made my day.

Russell has also started sing. All day long I get to rock out to the "Mickey Mouse Club houses'" "Hot Dog" song. If you haven't heard go and listen to it. It's pretty amazing. He also likes "Wheels on the Bus" and "Patty Cake".

Heaven Sent

Life is really busy these days. My boys keep me on my toes, but I love them all so much. I found this old picture of Russell and saw that Rob had titled it "Russell falling from Heaven". He really is heaven sent. I am learning so much more about life thanks to this little boy. Russell has such a different way of look at life. He helps me slow day and remember what is important.

Now of course we couldn't for get Scott can you believe he was this little. I can't he now weighs over 15lbs and over 25inchs long. He is constantly smiling and I mean always smiling. He such a happy boy and I am truly grateful for that added blessing that he brings into our home. I sure do need his sweet little giggle in my life.

Did I mention that I have one more boy. Yep Rob! I need him just as much if not more than my other two. I need his witty comments when I am stressed out. I need him to change "the toxic explosions" and to put me to bed when I am way to tiered for my own good.

I love my boys they are all truly Heaven Sent.

Here some pics of the boys! As you can see Scott is huge now. He loves his brother and wishes he was bigger. He keeps trying to crawl and I hate that.

Russell is doing great he is talking more and more. He is excellent at finding trouble and mess. A common phrase he use is "I stuck." It makes me laugh.

This Was A Blast!

I had know Idea how cool Cronbelly's was! Russell loved it! Rob loved! I loved it! and Scott, well he slept through most of it. But what he was a wake for he loved.

Yep! you read right this blog is dedicated to DAN! We love you Dan! Dan was here for 2 weeks to working on our yard! The boys loved having uncle Dan around and Russell cried when we dropped him of at the airport!

Scott loved Dan and would laugh and giggle with him all the time. One day when I was trying to pay bills Dan took Scott to go listen to some music. It wasn't long before Scott was rock out with uncle Dan.

What a fun weekend! We took Russell to Grammy Pugh's' Carnival and it was a blast!

Even though Russell was confused by

most of the games.

However he did love to play plinko and the beam bag toss

But Most of all he loved to play with the cousins.

Here is my little "Supper Man"

Russell came to me and asked if he could wear his train underpants!

I thought, "sure why not" and put them

I am no were near potty training this kid.

Sweet Dreams Scott

He is close to 10lbs now and still the sweets little man.

He also sleeps like a champ
I didn't know that babies could sleep
for 4 or 5 hours at a time
Russell usally slept for 1and1/2.
I am sure the time will come where Scott takes his turn

but for now I am enjoying my rest!

Monk Please!

I guess he thinks he is a Monkey not a Mouse!

Anyways He has figured out how to put "Monk" in himself and does often!

But luckily for me He broke the

power put on the T.V.

That means you can only get the T.V on by using the remote.

Russell does not understand the remote just yet,

So I still have control over how much "Monk we get in one day."

My Boys are feeling a little Twin Lakes Deprived! So they have found the next best alternative to water skiing.

Rob is busy working on our sprinkling system and created a mini swimming pool in the front yard. Of course Russell had to jump in and it wasn't long tell Rob was playing in it with him.

LOOK @ those CUTE BOYS! I love being able to say that I have "CHILDREN" or "MY BOYS!" Russell is doing great and loves his little bro. he wants him to sleep in his room with him, and he often is sad when we go to the store and leave Scott home with daddy. Russell also loves playing games with Scott and is working on teaching him how to roll over.

Scott is doing Fantastic! This kid is an angel! He sleeps, eats, and poops a lot. He is now 7lbs 14oz and 20.5 inches long. He is growing really fast, perhaps to fast for me. Scott loves his little blue Binky and to sit in his bounce chair and watch Russell.

As for Rob and I we are doing wonderful. We love our boys and are so glad that we have them both here!

Scott Mark

Scott Was Born on the 6Th of June. Rob lost this bet Scott came early! Scott was 6lbs 12oz and 20in long. He is the complete opposite of Russell and I love it. Russell would sleep for about 1 1/2 hours a night, Scott sleeps about 3 or 4 hours a night. Russell is turbo child , Scott is so calm. It has been fun getting know our new little boy. Russell seems to be doing well with having a new little brother. He loves to give him hugs and play with him on the floor. And yes he now calls him Baby instead of bear.

The update is... on June 8Th I am schedule to have the baby. That is if the baby doesn't come by himself before than. I for one am not counting on him come by himself and neither is the Dr.

Rob is very excited because he guessed that the baby would come on the 8Th! If all goes as planed, then Rob will have predicted both Russell birth and Scott's.

With life also Comes Death

Russell Had a Birthday Shout hurray! But For some Reason Russell hates birthday cakes. So I have Yet to get a happy cake picture of the poor kid.

But as soon as the cake and candles are gone he starts to get a little happier! And Finally I can get a smiling boy.

Also on Russell's birthday we found out that My Grandma Davis passed away from Radiation induces heart failure. She was 66 years old. I feel very lucky that a few weeks before she passed away, She spent the day at my house helping me sew curtains. It was a fun day and my mom, me and her had lots of laughs. It was such a fun happy day!
This was my grandpas favorite picture of grandma. I love it as well, she was such a pretty lady. This was her senior year book picture and underneath her picture it not only had her really name but her fake dating name as well. "lavidica Studmyer" she often told me if I didn't want to date a boy to just say my name was Lavidica Studmyer and give them the wrong number.

Grandma Della was always good for advices as well as cookies. Not only did she have cookies for us at the house but on several occasions she would bring them to the high school. The lunch bell would ring and I would head for the lunchroom only to find my grandma sitting in the hall waiting for me with a plate full of cookies to share with my friends. She was always full of surprises. I love her and will miss her. But I know I will see her again!

System Over Load!

WARNING! I finally have all of the pictures ready from our Oregon Vacation, and there is a lot of them. You may just Feel a little like this Poor Bird that flew into our window when you are done reading this post!

But I promise to at least try and keep this a Short post! Russell Loved playing with Grandma Nelson. She is pretty amazing! Grandma did everything with Russell. They had music lessons, played trains, blocks, cars, read books, watch movies. You name it they did it.

At Grandma Nelson House Russell gets to take baths in her big sink! Russell things it pretty cool and mom loves it too.

Rob spent the majority of the time helping his Grandpa Nelson pull wires at the church. But on Sunday Rob spent a lot of his time teaching Russell how to be a good worker.

Rob also spent some of the day teaching his Brothers and Sisters about Shoe Flinging, which I am sure will soon become the next Olympic sport.

On the way to the park I let Adam test out my camera! I have to admit that the kid has some talent. This is a picture he took of Marlene and Abe. Russell loved playing on the tramp.

He also Loved to Play catch out the second story window with his aunt Kristal.

Uncle Abe did a wonderful Job of teaching Russell all about swings!

And Of course we had to try and get as many people on the teator tauter as we could.

Believe it our not Russell also made friends with Michell's cat. But that Friendship only last long enough for me to get about 3 pictures.

Oh Ya! and we also rested on our vacation!

I love my family! They freaking' rock! They seem to always be their just when I need them. Easter weekend I wanted to go to my parents for all the Easter fun but I didn't have a car. So my sweet little bro and his cute little wife came and got me ( and just so you know my house is not on there way to parents.). That same night my mom was taking me home and we got a flat tire, and who came to rescue, my older sister Jessica who might I add had her hands full with one very unhappy little girl. Now we can't forget the baby sis Ta'merra, she is always going above and beyond to make every one happy. This weekend I asked her to watch Russell while me and Rob went to pick out fabric for our curtains. We were gone all day! I kept think poor Ta'merra she must be going crazy! But to my surprise when I got home Ta'merra was doing great, they had spent most the day at the park, and now they where home watching a movie and Russell could have cared less if I was their.

I love my family so much! Thank you guys for all you do! We love you lots!

Sorry no pictures!

We have been so busy enjoying the past few warm days that we didn't even stop to take pictures.

Wednesday, We took Russell to the park and he went crazy! The little man was dragging Rob down ever slide and up every Latter. Russell really isn't big enough to do latters so I was really glad that Rob was there.

Yesterday it was super warm and sun again! I just love it! I came home from my Dr. apt. (which went fabulous, Scott is doing wonderful and still on track for joining our family on June 10Th) and once again I wanted to take Russell to the park. Rob, however, want to be more productive. So we compromised on doing yard work instead. You should see our front yard! What once was a jungle of tumble weeds is now a nice valley of dirt.

Russell once again went crazy. He was chasing the cats, smashing bugs, throwing rocks and dirt every where, and he learned that you come when mom calls you. The kid had a hay day and was covered in dirt!

Me and Rob also learned if you want to get to know your neighbors, doing yard work is a good way to do it. We had a lot of people stopping and saying hi.

All in all we are so excited to have the sun back!

Cooking Time

Today I decided that Russell could have his first Cooking lesson. So I pulled out some pancake mix and some Jello as well as sprinkles. We have been talking a lot about shapes and colors in school and I thought that seeing the different colored pancakes would be fun. Russell had a blast mixing all the different ingredients I gave him. He loved how the pancake mix felt.

He Also loved how it tasted. He was often taste testing to make sure everything was just right.

He was such a cute little chef! He even help with the clean up what a good little boy.

This weekend Grandpa and Grandma Nelson came to visit! We loved having them here! Rob and Grandpa worked on the yard and finding the best way to take care of the lake we keep getting the back yard. At one point the started arguing about which way was the best, but before you new it they where both completely side tracked and Grandpa was showing Rob how to use some of his old measuring tools. Grandma and I had a good laugh about it.

And of course we cant for get this little guy! He loved having Grandma and Grandpa here! He had to show them all of his toys and was constantly giving them hugs. Russell also giving all of his new Friends kiss and so we started to teach him to blow kiss instead. I hope this will reduce how often he gets sick.

Easter Egg Hunt # 1

This is our First ever Easter egg hunt! Last year we were boring so this year I thought we could do better. Our new neighborhood does an annual Easter egg hunt at the park. I thought that would be fun and easy so I invited my sister and their family and away we went. Russell was MAD I woke him up to go and started the Easter egg hunt like this.

But once he noticed the candy in the eggs! We got him to pick up about Three more!Huntley, however did great she was all about picking up those eggs!Russell felt more at home once he could play on his favorite park toy. The bounce squirrel! and yes we have taught him what noise squirrels make so him and Grandpa Nelson can talk to the squirrels.Both the kids where very happy with the candy they got!

Ok So I have Been a HUGE Slacker! And for that I am sorry! But here is something

REALLY CUTE!

Every Morning I wake to hear the noise clu-thump, CLU-THUMP, CLU-THUMP! Russell just loves his Green Frog boot and wears them all day everyday! He would sleep in them if I would let him! I have grown to very much love that noise even if it come way to

early in the morning!

Rob and I also decied that it was never to early to start school. Which now means that every morning we do so many hours. (yes hours) of school. Russell loves it I love it and it makes the day go by so much faster. We even have playtime.

For some Reason everytime I take this kids picture I get this Funny Simle! I am not sure If I like it or not! But it does make me laugh.

It is nutts the things that happen when I decied to take a shower. Russell started off my shower by sharing his sippy cup with me as well as his pillow and blanket. Just what you want when you're showering right!

Then I get out of the shower only to find a jar of Euricen (aka fancy exama lotion) nicely creamed into my new carpet and when I finally find Russell his face was so coverd in it that one eye would not open. It honestly looked like he stuck his face in a wipped cream pie. I was far to stressed out about cleaning him and the mess up before it got worse to take a picture and now for days rob keeps saying "I wish I could have seen that. why didn't you take a picture!"

A couple weekends ago we went to Kangaroo Zoo with my sister and her little girl. Russell wasn't so sure about the place. Rob tryed taking him down the slide in many different styles and got the same recaction each time.

So we took a break from the gaint blow ups and just let him run around. He loved the cups with names on. He spent a great deal of time playing with them.

Then Mommy thought she would try taking Russell down a little slide and he still didn't like it!

But Daddy was convinced that Russell would like the slide if we kept taking him down them and sure enough. He was right! Russell loved the slide and before you knew it he was very sad to be leaving.

One Big tummy and Our New Fears

OK not the best picture but rob wanted to take them out side and I didn't want to be out side so that left the window. But you get the Idea I am 22 1/2 weeks pregnant. This is how big I got at 40 weeks with Russell. However Russell was a peanut baby and Most likely Scottie won't be. And Yes we are think of naming the baby Scott Mark Nelson.

Now our families new fear is cereal bowels. More specifically ceramic cereal bowels. Why you ask? because for some reason I can't seem to keep a hold of them. I have manage to drop several and finally one broke on Monday. It landed next to my right foot and cut my toe pretty good. I now have 2 stitches and a sore foot. Rob was so sweet and clean up the horrible mess it made. He kept calling our kitchen the crime scene because of how bad it looked. So to sum up, everyone stays a way form mommy when she has a cereal bowel.

Our Life In Reverse

Do to me not wanting to swap all the pictures around you get everything in reverse. First or should I say last, tonight I got both Russell and ROB in bed by 7:30. I know it's simple amazing. Rob is sick and got way to little sleep last night and Russell was just a good boy.
Next I took josh and kenizes Engagement pictures and half of them ended up blurry so I need find out why. Therefor Russell made a great Ginny pig and I learned the lens can't truly focus on auto focus. However I can still use it on manual and get great pictures.

I think these turned out great and I haven't even sucked them into photo shop yet. Maybe some day I can have photo shop on my lab top again.

The Next exciting thing that happened was our YARD FLOODED! We learned why our neighbor was concerned about how we landscaped. Our yard has a small slope and the water pools ever so nicely in the back corner of our lot and his. That is there swing set not ours. The water then runs down the hill and into the basement of our elders corm president.

But as you can see Rob fixed that problem in a jiffy. He head out in my hot pink boots and dug a nice hole for a pump to go in. He than pumped the water over to the street where it drained nicely.

And Last of all Russell's found a new favorite toy! Any guesses as to what it might be? It is rob wire sniffer. Now Russell can help daddy pull wires. Wait to go little bud! and yes I am the one who dressed him in those P.J's not Rob.

We had a great Christmas this year! Russell loved all of his presents but his clothes. His most favorite present was the one he gave to his daddy, a box full of candy.

So I really need a break from putting away boxes, and some day in the near future I hope to be taking my breaks in here, my painting room. But for now I will just post some pictures of the house and call that a break.

As you go threw this pictures you will soon see why I have been waiting to do this. I still have tons of boxes and tons of organizing of things. But unfortunately for this room it will stay this way tell one of you decided to come and stay for a visit. Yes this is our guess bedroom. So I just ignore it for now.

This is another room I ignore, the guess bathroom. I did however get all of robs tools out of the bathroom and started to clean. Than I stooped because I realized there where other rooms that need it more.

Sorry for the bad picture but this is Russell's room. He has an odd shaped room and I could really get a good picture of it. He dose have a bed and he will have decoration but that will wait tell after Christmas.

My kitchen I love love love love my kitchen. Rob spent a month degsing my kitchen so it would be perfect and it is perfect. I love it.

Here is something else rob spent for ever designing. Our stair rail. So of you have heard so pretty crazy story about our stair rail and most likely they are true. It took a long time to put it together but it is Beautiful.

My living room and my massive Christmas tree. You can see more picture of my amazing tree on Jessica's blog. Her wonderful husband cut down the beast and brought it to our house. Yep! We owe those to a lot. It is a beautiful tree.

This is Rob's office and Thanks to Josh and Kenize it looks this good. The two of them helped me clean it out this much so rob could start setting up his computers and stop living at work. The poor guy spent 4 months working on this house but because he had know where to work from home he has been living at work. Now he can spend more time in his big beautiful offices.

The master bathroom and I don't know what happened to the picture of my bedroom. So if you want to see it and the rest of the house you can come on over.

We Made It!

Yep we have official moved. We signed the papers on the house today and have been moving and cleaning all week. Today we also put up our Christmas tree. I would share pictures but I don't know where the camera is. One of the many joys of moving.

Living in the new house is fantastic and Russell is starting to get use to being here now. He doesn't even cry when I leave the room any more. I am so proud of him.

Rob is loving the shorter commute and the add free time that comes from having the house done. One morning he spent doing nothing but playing with Russell.

We are so excited to be here and So thankful to everyone who has helped us get here.

Yep it's true I am having "A" baby. Yes just one baby! No twins or Triplets. Just one very activite baby. I watch this little peanut do a flip on the ultrason. I was so excited! Russell needs some one just as active has him to play with.

Me and the baby are fine and there was no complication from the swine flu. Yeah! The baby is due June 10th! I know its a ways a way but I am already showing so we felt like we should tell everyone.

I stole these pictures from Jessica. I totaly forgot my camra. We had a crazy day on Halloween. But jessica was sweet enough to snap some pictures of Russell in his pumkin costume. Thanks jess I know that is not an easy task.
This is my costume for maybe 20secs. I have a small head!

Halloween was nuts and came and went really fast. Everything seems stressful with the house being buitl. To the point that dinner has become a challenging task and we almost burnt our apartment down. It took 3 days for the smell to go away. And just so you know they don't sell fans at this time of year.

Russell came down with swine flu on monday. I took him to the doctor on tuesday and got tamiflu for him. I came down with swine flu on wensday but lukily for me I started Tamiflu that morning. Rob is still working on get over swine flu and is almost there. The poor guy never did get Tamiflu but is still alive.

But don't worry Rob is like a cat with nine lives. The man has survived more car wrecks then I would like to think about. He is truly blessed.

What happened was Rob couldn't slow down in time and hit the back of a police truck. Ya I know what your thinking. YIKES! But it all worked out and the police truck looks fine see.

On A Brighter note I found some lost pictures of Russell. This summer we went to Pairs Idaho to take some pictures for Grandpa Nelson. Russell loved the sheep and did not want to leave them.

This weekend we had a lot of family fun. Ben, Kortney and their little girl Kennady came up to help on the house. The also brought Marlene with them. Ross and Cindy drove down and spent a week or so help as well. It was a blast and a lot of work got done on the house Thank you so much every one.

Falling Behind

A lot has happened in the last little bit and I have fallen a little behind on my blog. First Rob graduated! Hip Hip Hooray! I am so proud of Rob for graduating. Unfortunately we have no pictures of this monumental occasion because Rob had no desires to sit through the graduation ceremony. Instead we enjoyed his free time by making Cinnamon rolls and all sort of other goodies. So here is a picture we took to send his brother Dan instead.

Second Big thing Rob quite working at Backcountry.com and Started working at Idaho Tech. So I am sorry everyone no more cool discounts! And now last but not least the other big change in our life is we bought a house.

Yes I know it's not done! But that is what we wanted! A lot has change about our house sense this picture. Like the out side is finished and the walls are painted. supper fun summer fun

All right we are having a super fun summer. Russell is all over the place and I can't get him to hold still long enough for a picture. However if any one would like to see a picture of him sleeping I would be happy to take one for you, and I must say that even in his sleep he is the cuties baby boy ever.

This summer we have lived in the pool Russell loves the pool. We have left the floaty boat and now use a super cool life jacket. Russell hates his life jacket and cries the whole way to the pool. But once he see the pool he can't wait to get in. His favorite trick is to run and jump into the pool.

We had a fun fourth of July where we ate at the Grandparents and watch fire works. I believe, Russell, enjoyed chasing their dog with stick more than the fire works. He just loves that dog and shows it in a very strong way.

We have also taken Russell to the Quarrih Mountain temple. Russell did amazingly well and even got a cookie at the end. I enjoying walk through it with our family and friends.

Russell has also started sleeping through the majorite of the night. We are so Pround of him and So exicited.

Now we are just patiently wait to close on a house in bluffdale. Hopefull all gose smoothtly and well.

Vacation Pictures

Finally the long awaited vacation pictures! We had a blast on our vacation and did not want to come back but life was calling and we left this beautiful beach on Friday morning.Russell loved the beach! He loved to pick up handfuls of sand and through it. Rob loved to push Russell in the swings and hopefully soon I will get that video up forever one.The weather wasn't very good and so as soon as the sun come out we all ran outside to play in the pool. Russell surprised us when he actually liked it and ever scenes then baths have been so much easier.

Russell didn't want to be in his floaty he wanted to run in the water and Rob was happy to help him do so.

Sorry for the side ways picture I forgot to flip it before I download it. Anyways, Rob wanted to see the big city of LA and scenes we where their we stop at the LAC MA. It a fantastic art museum and I love but Russell felt like he was in a cage so Rob went outside and let him push chairs around while I drooled over the art.One of the night we went to the Spectrum, an outdoor Mall, for dinner and Russell Love the fountains

We went to the Long Beach aquarium on our way into LA. Russell loved the fish and only stopped smiling when the scuba diver tired to play patty cakes with him. He just wasn't so sure about that.
We meet up with some friends of Robs who are living just outside of Hollywood. They took us to see the Hollywood sign as well as Beverly hills, Disney studios, Warner brothers and Universal studios, the cool places to shop, and the stars on the side walk. But there was a movie premier so we couldn't see any hand prints because the red carpet covered it up.
This little guy came out and said hi when we were coming back down from the Hollywood sign. He was so cute and very good at posing for pictures.

Everything Is Better On Vacation

Rob, Russell and me left saturday for L.A! We crashed in vegas at Grandma and Grandpa nelson on saturday night. It was a life saver I don't think any of could have made it any further. However Russell was a champ he read books played with his cars slept and at the last 45mins when he thought the world was going to ened we put in a movie for him. Thanks for the advices Ross.

Sunday we went to church with Grandma and Grandpa. We then visted and tooks some pciture before we jumped in the car for another 4 hours. Once again Russell was great and slept most the way. We did however get stuck on a couple toll roads with out any cash. So we sold a dvd for $2.15 at one stop and a box of un opened gronal bars at the second. That silly GPS just dosen't warn you it taking on toll roads or gas station that don't sale gas. But we are still greatfull for it.

Monday rob went to work and me and Russell went to the store where we discover that Babys R us is so much cooler here. The had a great reading corner that made me and Russells day. Russell love sitting on all the little chairs and playing with the toys. Later when Rob got home we when to the Specturm shopping center. It is a huge outdoor mall with lots of fountains. We ate at the cheesecake factory and Russell loved it and ate a lot. We then wondered around and played int the founts.

Today we are head to the big city as soon as rob is done working and russell wakes up!

Okay so I am a little behind but we did celebrate Russell's first birthday! That year sure did go by so fast. Russell and I had been sick that week so we mostly slept on his birthday. But we did have birthday cake.
Russell didn't like the candle so much but was happy that hi Grandma was holding him

Russell also didn't care to much for the cake but luckily uncle josh and Rob had a secret stash of ding dong to share with Russell.

And as you can see he loved the ding dong more that any of his present or his cake!

Duck pound and so much more

Russell and I went to the duck pond today. It was a blast Russell loved it more than the park. Which is nice because it is a much short walk. Russell loved feeding the ducks and himself, chasing the ducks, climb in the dirt, exploring every light pole ,tree and rock. Russell also wanted to go swimming with ducks but his mom wouldn't let him. But he had fun anyways and it was long before russell and the ducks where ready for a nap.
I also wanted to add this fun little video for gramma nelson. If you turn it up really loud you can hear Russell's little teeth on the glass cup. He is get so big it just scares me.

life has been crazy and fun the past 2 months! Me and Russell took a trip to see Gramma and Papa Nelson. We had a blast and enjoyed our much needed vacation. Russell love to eat cheeros in the hole and play outside with anyone who would take him. In this picture Russell and Papa discover the wonders of oregon grass.

We allso got to spends some time with the harvey punch. Russell love to play with his cousin huntley. However huntley we are sorry that Russell dose find his duck more excited than you. This red duck is russell favorit toy at Mama's house he takes it every where. I am exicted that it stays at Mama's house because it sings 3 fun ducky songs and lights up.

Me and Rob always thought that babies where suppose to be terrified of the vacuum, but I guess that we where wrong. Notice it is Rob that is Vacuuming not me! I really do not enjoy vacuuming so I am glad that my hubby dose!

I swear each day with Russell just gets better and better! However, the last few days made me and Russell decided that we are ready for spring. The apartment is just not as big or exciting as it use to be and we are ready for the great outdoors. Unfortunately the great out doors is not ready for us. Which means mom must get creative and to days creative solution was a BOX!

Me and Russell taped it up good and before you knew it we had a tunnel! Russell loved it and put all of his toys in it. Until he realized he could walk through it! Then he pushed out all of his toys to make room for his walker. But by the end of the day he decided to take down the box and use it as a seat.

I wasn't to happy about that and want to have Christmas in bed. But I was out voted and we opened presents in the living room. Rob got a large amount of audio books and Russell got lots of boxes and balls. As for me I got our lost wedding video, I was so excited that I cried. Thank you so much rob!

One thing that we have notice about Russell over the past 7 months, is he enjoys making us laugh. Yesterday I was typing on the computer and Russell was playing on the floor next to me and out of no where I hear him growl I look over to see why and the silly boy just starts to laugh and clap his hands together. So of course I start laugh which makes him laugh even more. I believe he inherited his daddy sensor of humor. The picture with his Binky in his mouth I am convinced he did on purpose. He know how to but his Binky in right but I was making breakfast and all of the sudden I hear Russell laughing in his swing and I look over to see this. I once again couldn't help but laugh. He just is so funny.

Russell will be six months on Thursday and this past month has been so much fun. Russell has learned to army crawl or roll around the living room and has the tendency of getting stuck in weird places as you can see from his face. He looks a little bet up. But that doesn't stop him from having fun and to continue to get into trouble. He loves to take baths and mom love to play with him in the tub. Which is why we have this picture I just think he is so cute in the tub. He also took a road trip to Idaho to see his new cousin Kennady and his aunts and uncles from the nelson side. Kennady is such a cute and we love her so much. If you want to see more picture of her she belongs to the other nelson family on my blog list.
